What is not hosted, and why. Board, APPI and committee minutes, Friday Forum notes and the 2025 audit are posted on the Association's members-only portal, and minutes can name private residents; the owner will decide whether to host them. The general ledger and the loan file were produced in a lawsuit and are not hosted until the owner confirms there is no confidentiality limit; the site uses only summary figures from them. Correspondence is not hosted.

Hosted copies. Each hosted PDF is a copy of the original with the same pages. Only the PDF's author field and its embedded metadata were removed, because some named staff members. The file details under each document give a fingerprint (SHA-256) of the original and of the copy.
