All 391 factual claims in version 2.7 of the report were split out and checked against the primary documents: every number, quote, date, cite and count. Here is each one, with what the source says.
What the statuses mean
- Verified
- The source matches exactly.
- Corrected
- A fact, number, quote, date or cite was wrong. The corrected text is shown.
- Soften
- The facts are right, but the wording overstated the record. Softer wording is shown.
- Unverifiable
- The source is not yet on hand. The document that would settle it is named.
- Contradicted
- The source says otherwise, or the claim cannot stand as written.
Documents posted on the Association's members-only portal (minutes, the 2025 audit) and records produced in litigation (the general ledger and loan file) are not hosted here. For those, each claim shows the exact quote and the page, so you can check it in your own copy.
