How to read this page
2013 recorded is the Amended and Restated Master Declaration recorded February 13, 2013 (Perquimans County Book 410 Page 747), with its recorded amendments of 2013 and 2015 applied. (A 2021 amendment changed only the tree rule, which is therefore not on this list.) 2026 proposed is the Board's draft with all of its own marks accepted.
Unmarked means the change shows no underline or strike-through in the Board's redline, so a reader of the redline would take the new words for words already in force. Marked means the redline shows it.
In the side-by-side view, words struck through appear only in the 2013 text and underlined words appear only in the 2026 text. Passages from different places in the document are shown as separate paragraphs.
The impact label (Worse, Unclear, Neutral, Better) is the author's opinion of the effect on owners. The quoted text and the page numbers are the facts. Each item links to the page of the original PDF.
